SoFA Outreach Circle decided to support the Future of Work 24 Hours conference. It’s basically a huge 24-hour open space event with conversations around the Future Of Work. I’d love for SoFA members to consider attending; they’re very aware of sociocracy and also talk about it in their social media presence.

At our upcoming global Future of Work 24 Hours unconference this May, we ask the core calling question, “what are the unimagined possibilities in our future of work?”
Somewhere over the rainbow there is a bright future just waiting for us to imagine it. What becomes possible when those who dare to dream the unimaginable dream together? We’re inviting you to see beyond the horizons of the possible on May 12 and 13, 2022.
Sleepwalking more of the same won’t get us to any “there” that inspires the world. So what is the Future of Work that stirs your heart and makes you want to move your feet towards it? Bring your hopes, wishes and fantasies to the Future of Work 24 hours!

A key highlight of our upcoming global Future of Work 24 Hours unconference in May is an intentional effort around Language Inclusion. We’re excited to share that 2 of our remote open space circles will be bilingually facilitated and translated. English & Japanese for the open space running through Asia-Pacific time zone, and English & Spanish for the Latin-America time zone.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is central to our goal of uniting multiple thought communities from around the world to explore work-life innovation, build connections and co-create new work patterns.
