Trouble sharing power in an organization?

Hi y’all,

I’m writing an article about power-sharing and leadership in sociocracy. I’m interested to hear real world examples of when that has been difficult, specifically in transitioning from a more hierarchical organization. I’ve been pondering how it seems leaders need to let go of power, while former “followers” need to step into power, and what steps can help people to do this effectively.
