Hi. My name is Barbara Scott, and I am a member of Washington Commons Cohousing (WCC), which is under construction in West Sacramento, California. There is a small cohort of WCC members very interested in Sociocracy becoming our community’s governance model. We have given a few sessions on it during Superweekends, and have received mixed reviews. Together we will be taking the Facilitation ELC in order to improve our skills, as we continue to try to ‘seep’ Sociocracy into the community.
