I am Alessandro Villella, of Calabrian origins and citizen of the universe. My Calabrian roots are very much alive in my character and in the hidden love I feel for my land.

For more than 21 years I have been involved in extra-luxury hospitality, collaborating with some of the most luxurious structures around the world, an experience that has allowed me to live in contact with different cultures, ethnic groups and approaches to life.

In my last experience in Costa Rica, I realized how our mother earth is suffering and how in our own small way we can take our responsibility.

Since 2021, Permaculture has become part of my life and now a guideline for my everyday life for me. In this movement I am training and bringing my skills in the field of Human Permaculture and Economic Sustainability.

Right now I am in charge of facilitating the co-creation of regenerative human ecosystems through the use of tools such as sociocracy and the creation of networks at national and international level, collaborating with SOFA Italia, Renegeration Pollination and co-founding the PermaCafe.

In addition to giving value to the Human side of the movement, I believe it is important to make the whole world understand that a healthy approach to our land is possible in our life. This is why I am helping to make regenerative projects sustainable also on the economic side by spreading tools in the movement that help diversify income.
