Conway's law and sociocracy

I just read the excellent Psychological Safety newsletter about Conway’s law. I invite you to read it.

Conway’s law
Any organization that designs a system (defined broadly) will produce a design whose structure is a copy of the organization’s communication structure.

“What this means in the real world is that even though we think we’re designing our products and systems, in practice, it’s often the organisational structure that designs them for us.”

Hence my question: How much an organization using sociocracy is impeding itself in delivering its products or services?
