Everyone should learn how to be a good circle member and lessen the load on facilitators. Everyone can support keeping focus, not breaking rounds, following the process outline. Not everyone will have the capacity to be a great facilitator. Many can have the capacity to be a good enough facilitator with support from the circle members. Everyone could benefit from facilitator training.
