I: What if we're sensing a quiet resistance to sociocracy principles being introduced to the group?

It is rare that people’s negative reactions are about sociocracy itself. More often, it is about the way either sociocracy is practiced (for example with rigidity or not enough clarity), or with the way it is introduced (for example, if the introduction is pushed too hard or done in what is perceived as sneaky.) Either way it’s good to ask for feedback to understand better what it is the person is reacting to. Be open to learning something valuable and ask yourself how you can incorporate the wisdom the person is bringing.
