Hi!
I was wondering about hosting an in person Sociocracy for All retreat for all working members and all DUs. I imagine it would be a big undertaking and would likely require some funding to try to help support people to attend… From working in a remote first company before, it seems pretty important for organizational cohesion to have some time to meet and see each other as people, even if most of our time is spent interacting virtually.
Maybe there could be some kind of grant to support this if it isn’t included in our normal budget? Curious if others have had similar thoughts or have any ideas 
This idea originated in a recent @IT-Circle meeting discussing difficulties in communicating and coming the same page between different parts of our organization.
