In Sociocracy, what if the facilitator is confused or lost?

There are two scenarios here:

  1. The facilitator notices it themselves. In that case, ideally, the facilitator will express and acknowledge their own confusion, maybe followed by a round on how to proceed.
  2. If the facilitator doesn’t notice or is too embarrassed to acknowledge, suggesting a round or a proposal might be useful.

Sometimes too many requests or suggestions might add to the confusion and overwhelm so use those suggestions with care and consideration.
