When I open the SoFA home page I get a Chinese title
When I open the Start Here page I get it in Spanish.

That’s a sort of feature bug 
There’s a bug/conflict that’s pretty difficult to nail down between Divi Theme and WPML on the website and since we’re such an international organization and the different language logos is interesting!
It changes periodically when someone uses the WPML translation tool to change languages on the backend, and then caching may also make it different on some pages from time to time as well.
It only changes in English, the other pages have consistent languages as the bug only seems to impact English.
Resolving it is on the todo list, but is marked as low priority.
