  • pleasently suprised about this event
  • Nathalie would like to be a part of, but not sure if she can’t make it to that time
  • for the future it would be nice to have more time plan such events more in advance togehter
  • maybe not presenting everything at the start - might be an overload of information - start with minutes and then maybe policy
  • idea devoloped after our operational meeting with CJ
  • including connection questions for check-in
  • maybe do this co-working session every year - annual clean up - working togehter - connections

check in on adding organizational members to the map / general map check-in

  • Pia didn’t get notifications → will update the orgs at the map
  • people didn’t show up, they are living in the same city → John try to create a new software
  • if people search for people/org on the SoFA map you often get more then one result even if you look up for a concrete name
  • Nathalie will play around with the google map
  • Nathalie have experience with open street view

→ Backlog: get more clarity how and with whom we are improving the process to get orgs on the map

  • Nathalie haven’t done much so far on the tasks

Question: What are we want to do with people helping to get the highly formated policy?

  • if the log keeping team adjust the policies to fit in the the formatting , we should mentioned that on some point
  • assume that secretaries would be happy if the log keeping adjust
  • would be easy to just adjust
  • how much work we put in to adjust the policies?
  • add to our documentation: log keeping will do some minor changes ( decide by ourselves what is minor) and encourage people to give feedback
  • maybe adding a comment, if log keeping did some changes
  • you can see the history and see what have changed
  • maybe it’s too much attention to comment all the changes
