- maybe not presenting everything at the start - might be an overload of information - start with minutes and then maybe policy

- people didn’t show up, they are living in the same city → John try to create a new software
- if people search for people/org on the SoFA map you often get more then one result even if you look up for a concrete name

Question: What are we want to do with people helping to get the highly formated policy?
- if the log keeping team adjust the policies to fit in the the formatting , we should mentioned that on some point
- assume that secretaries would be happy if the log keeping adjust
- would be easy to just adjust
- how much work we put in to adjust the policies?
- add to our documentation: log keeping will do some minor changes ( decide by ourselves what is minor) and encourage people to give feedback
