Dear students fellows in SoFA Academy 2023,
As many of us are looking for opportunities to prepare for “SoFA Academy 2023 - Stage 2 - Facilitator Level Badges”, the Community of Practice for Facilitators (CoP-F East and CoP-F West) offers 2 New Opportunities to Practice Facilitation Processes on May 15th and May 29th, 2023, at the same hours as the regular meetings: 14:00 UTC and 18:30 UTC.
We can schedule together the practice for different facilitation processes and together we will also give feedback for those who will facilitate in those meetings. To be prepared, please use our dedicated page to register and make your personal plan to participate and facilitate.
To have better results, we invite people tp participate in all our meetings, sustaining by their presence those who will facilitate each meeting. There will be a lot of wonderful learning and feedback opportunities for all those involved. CoP-F events offer real life opportunities to facilitate, not just opportunities to share experiences. We give ourselves the opportunity to go through the processes and to perfect our skills as facilitators of sociocratic meetings.
We warmly invite you to make the policy proposal making you would like to go through as a facilitator and we will add it on our backlog with your name attached.
