Rolling out a policy in an organization - examples request
Hello professionals in sociocracy,
I am interested to learn more about rolling out a policy in an organization, defining the output channel and communicate the feedback channel for the policy.
I invite all those who have knowledge and experience to share examples, mini case studies, personal reflections or feedback regarding this topic, no longer then 2 or 3 paragraphs.
I make this request here, on the forum, as I am a student in SoFA Academy 2023 and I want to learn more, preparing myself for the A2 badge necessary to graduate the “Practitioner Level”.
