Sociocracy Three, Oh!

Recently, a member of our community set up a training for Spanish speakers. He believed it to be, at the time, a sociocracy fundamentals training. After the first training, it became evident that the trainer is focused on Sociocracy 3.0. Lots of cool stuff in there, but does that mean our organization now needs to adopt the special way of talking about things in 3.0? Or do folks find it totally compatible with the SOFA flavor?

I may not be the best person to respond, but from my perspective, there can be some fluidity and collaboration between people who use 3.0 and our methodology. Of course, I’m biased to believe that adhering to our language/methodology tends to give organizations a better result and less tension over time.
