Outreach Circle recently adopted the “Sector Roadmap” - an exciting idea @TedRau developed.
By “adopted”, I mean, it’s working to make sure the vision is clear and that all the interconnected parts can work in concert.
The sector roadmap charts the course of various sectors along a pathway from the inklings of interest noticed in sensors of the Outreach sub-circle of Audience Circle, with the parent circle of Content Circle (and Training, and also ecosystems), ultimately with the development of a sector circle.
This is an exciting tool for understanding SoFA’s ecosystem and connections.
