Job Description

This is a W-2 position with Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, generous PTO, holidays reflecting employees religious / cultural needs.

The Product Owner is responsible in ensuring that all members of the team are delivering value to the organization and becoming closely familiar with the needs and priorities of our clients. The product owner works with the client and development team to define, prioritize, and refine the requirements of the client project. As Product Owner, you will gather enhancement requests, schedule releases and coordinate sprints. Identify user needs, clearly understand and communicate business value opportunities and work with the cross-functional teams to manage product releases.

Responsibilities

Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyze the needs and align product roadmap towards strategic goals
Develop scope and define backlog items (Epic/features/user-stories/a-b testing) that guide the Agile website development team
Solve product related problems, make decisions in the interest of the user/business
Accountable for the deliverable of sprints, business goals and communicating any needs with business partners
Creating and sending invoices

Qualifications

Agency experience (any role)
Project management experience
Agile/scrum experience or training
Proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
Proven ability to quickly learn new technical applications

Although this position is remote-first, we would prefer US candidates to be able to occasionally visit our Boca Raton office, with preference for applicants who live in or are willing to move to Florida.
