A community has a few members with particular relevant expertise and wants to make this expertise available to department circles, sub-circles, etc. (The members with the expertise are happy to share it at no cost to the community.) For example, and I am making this up, suppose there were several members who were professional editors and willing to help with any documents created. Assume that expertise is not relevant to any particular circle so they might not have a home circle. Within a sociocratically governed community, how would such a “group” be designated; an operational team, a community resource? Has anyone had such a resource in their community and how have they integrated it?
