Power is an unavoidable element of human relatings. Through a mix of brief presentation, facilitated conversations, and breakout groups, we will explore concepts of power in human interactions, and how they relate with our own sociocratic experiences and experiments. We will also explore transparency in relation with implicit and explicit power in human systems.
