Caroline Davies, Kelvin Klatt, and Simon Jones have begun exploring this topic with us at the 2022 Global Sociocracy Conference.
In this session Caroline, Kelvin and Simon will share with you how they are running their SIPS (Sociocracy Implementation Peer Support) group and what they have noticed so far being in this space. They shall share how they organise, facilitate and embed feedback into the sessions as well as what they have been learning as they go along. Participants will be invited to share any experiences or ideas they have about how they’d like to see SIPS best meet the needs of the community it exists to support.
