- Encourage Feedback:
Feedback is an important aspect of building connection and authenticity. Encourage members to provide feedback to one another in a constructive manner. This can help build trust and deepen relationships.
- Practice Consent Decision-Making:
Sociocracy emphasizes consent decision-making, which involves everyone in the group coming to a place where there are no objections to a certain proposal. This process fosters connection and authenticity because it allows everyone to have a voice in the decision-making process.
