- Foster Open Communication:
Sociocracy emphasizes open communication, where everyone has the opportunity to express their ideas and concerns. Encourage members to share their thoughts, opinions, and feelings in a respectful and supportive environment.
- Encourage Feedback:
Feedback is an important aspect of building connection and authenticity. Encourage members to provide feedback to one another in a constructive manner. This can help build trust and deepen relationships.
- Practice Consent Decision-Making:
Sociocracy emphasizes consent decision-making, which involves everyone in the group coming to a place where there are no objections to a certain proposal. This process fosters connection and authenticity because it allows everyone to have a voice in the decision-making process.
- Create a Safe Space:
Creating a safe space where people feel comfortable being themselves is essential for promoting authenticity in sociocracy. Encourage members to share their vulnerabilities, concerns, and challenges in a non-judgmental environment.

The meeting for this group is on the second Monday of each month for 90 minutes.
There are two different events on the same day:
CoP-F East: at 14:00 UTC
(for zones like Asia, Europe, Africa and eastern North America)
and
CoP-F West: at 18:30 UTC
(for zones like western North America, South America or Asia-Pacific).
We want to offer everybody the opportunity to choose a convenient meeting according to their/her/his time zone.
